Petition to the American Congress

With letters from Water4Gas supporters to U.S. Congress

Our Petition to Congress asks for US Congress support for our entire industry: “HHO” (hydrogen with oxygen) and “Hydrogen-On-Demand” of all manufacturers, vendors and designs. For example, here is a letter sent to U.S. Congress in 2013 by James M, who was living in Texas in 2008 when he purchased the Water4Gas books and was very happy with his purchase as you can see:

James M.--Texas Success

Thanks for your support, James!

And thanks to the 105 other Texans who are signed here in kind support of our cause! And to all our supporters in America and around the world!

Support Hydrogen-On-Demand made cheaply FROM WATER — FREEDOM FROM FOREIGN OIL

I strongly urge you to adopt as firm policy of U.S. Congress and U.S. Government, to support the technology of Hydrogen-On-Demand. It SAFELY and CHEAPLY produces hydrogen from water, on demand, onboard vehicles and generators. This will help our economy – FREEDOM FROM FOREIGN OIL – and boost environmental protection. It will set an example by the U.S. as an opinion leader on technology, to all governments of the world.

Since the 1800’s Hydrogen-On-Demand has been extensively researched and documented by NASA scientists, U.S. Patent Office, U.S. Department of Transportation, automotive engineers and thousands of private experimenters. It has been shown, time and time again, to increase fuel economy, drastically decrease harmful emissions and also reduce noise and heat.

The Internet has enabled widespread exchange of research papers between inventors and experimenters, leading to an enormous rise in public awareness that Hydrogen-On-Demand can be used to remedy our economy and to protect the environment at the same time.

What is not commonly realized is that Hydrogen-On-Demand can be used by domestic oil companies to make petrol drilling, production and transportation cheaper and more environment-friendly, MAKING IT THE BEST FRIEND OF OUR PETROL INDUSTRY – especially now that they are facing growing competition from alternative energy industries such as wind and solar.

Dependency on foreign oil has clearly become a National Security hazard. On the other hand, we can’t wait another day since the environmental clock is ticking faster every day we wait. There is no need “to study this further” since the technology is very well documented already. Every delay is detrimental to our survival as a nation and as a species.

Therefore, I urge you to take any action necessary to ensure that:

  1. Efforts made by private citizens experimenting with Hydrogen-On-Demand are validated and supported.
  2. Congress and Government endorse the GOVERNMENT-PROVEN scientific validity of supplemental hydrogen.
  3. Add a paragraph to the Motor Vehicle Code, to allow and support backyard tinkering that promotes national economy, National Security and the environment.
  4. Add a paragraph to the Federal Tax Code, to allow Hydrogen-On-Demand to qualify for tax deductibility, under the IRS own policy to incentivise clean-burning fuels.

We are petitioning for clean air, quiet roads and streets, and the right to distribute energy knowledge and products. Change is inevitable – but we petition to make it smooth and agreeable in America, otherwise Hydrogen-On-Demand would be picked by Eastern countries, leaving America far behind in the field of energy – the most important field of technology, economy and National Security.

Sincerely,
Ozzie Freedom of Sunland, California, and the undersigned members of the Hydrogen-On-Demand community, in the United States and throughout the world

The van was loaded to the ceiling, from the back of the tailgate to the back middle seat where my daughter sat in her car seat.
I was impressed! Thank you Water4Gas!
I cannot help but wonder what my mileage would have been, had I used 6 electrolizers???

This is two faced petition, since the dot gov already provides grants for hydrogen production and technology. I wonder who drumed up this useless webpage? Also very important, you do not need their approval because the water is also being used in the same exact way and manner under the hood of all vehicles today already. The hydrogen electrolsyer hydrogen producer is the same as a car battery. It makes the same type hydrogen fuel under your hood every day already…. California has been a thief to this country and all society ever since the start of Hollywood, and that is exactly why since Regan took a gov office, the country has gone downhill into the dumps by two faced law. The tunning of a real goverment, has not any place for movie stars. In a real court of law, With a true jury, It would have to be thrown out because of the true Facts. This is a useless petition, that anyone in the automotive lawmaking field would understand, it has to be ignored, and they know that. But what do you know is the question here.

This technology has been around for over a century I have seen blue prints drawn up dated 1909 and the government and the oil industries have been keeping it under raps every since I love the idea of this petition but I would be highly surprised if it actualy goes any ware. I have been working on my own wind and HHO devices for generating power and cutting fuel cost for my coworkers friends and family. Right now there are hydrogen cars being built but there aren’t enough hydrogen filling stations for the market to build them and with the auto makers dilemma it is going to be a few years before that goes any ware but with having to fill up with hydrogen into a pressurized tank so they can tax it. So I will keep driving my 95 and older vehicles just so I can do what I want to them and I am a good enough mechanic with a background in engineering that I can get away with it. And I know that the govt. Can use this petition against us but they have been tracking me since I was in the Navy and I’m not worried about that either!

March 28, 2010     Richard C. from North Bend, OH writes:

The world’s future is at stake and the internal combustion engine is a factory of pollution using petroleum based carbon emitting fuels. The solution is the replacement of carbon fuels with HHO fuel regardless of the energy consumption or cost to produce the HHO fuel. It is only a matter of time before the oxygen levels will be low enough to present a problem to the higher altitude areas of the world. Unless we make a change the gasoline will become obsolete due to inadequate levels of oxygen to allow it to burn not to mention the respirators we will need if oxygen levels drop three more percent. Go ahead Yawn! HHO burns clean and does not release any carbon emissions. This is an obvious solution to an even more obvious problem however according to our government if it does not make dollars it does not make sense. I understand that gasoline sales and distribution generate a lot of tax dollars for the government to account for. I also understand that you cannot charge a tax for the rain water that falls upon the earth nor can you charge a tax for the suns rays that shine with each new day or the wind that blows. Although you can prevent your average citizen from putting a watermill on the Ohio River and if you could claim the air, the sun, and the rain as property of the Government YOU WOULD. So I will save my breath and instead of asking you to agree to something smart such as this petition to make a change to better mankind, I would rather ask… Why are you so interested in power and money? You cant take it with you in the end… Imagine where this world would be today if you and J.P. Morgan would have allowed Nikola Tesla to implement his Wardenclyffe Tower concept to the world? Free Transmittance of Wireless Energy generated from FREELY FALLING WATER at Niagara Falls! Until someone invents the wireless Electric Meter I guess we will all just have to imagine. Next time you sign something like the patriot act at least read the damn thing. Worthless, that’s what you are in your high seat. Yet financially I bet your far from worthless. If this country’s forefathers could rise from their graves they would give their lives right back to the grave attempting to take this country back from you thieves. Jesus Christ is Lord and he is an all providing lord. The Lord has provided me with everything I need, I don’t need anything from some so called Congress. Its obvious you people in power are so lost in what should be done. You should be embarrassed and ashamed of yourselves. I will prey for you all.

We here in the United States have the technology and ingenuity from inventors and corporations that can work together as a team to bring forth this technology in the team concept mode. 1 gallon of water can produce 1700 gallons of hydrogen and oxygen gas and why are we playing with oil. Once oil is consumed we are left with carbons that pollute our air. When using water and converting it into hydrogen and oxygen gas and then use it in a combustion engine the end results returned back to water. What better way of renewable energy can you think of water in, water out.

When cars were first produced with emission control systems some people were very unhappy with the loss of power, so they were disabling the systems to get the power back. They really didn’t care about the amount of pollution in the air.

As a result, laws were passed making it illegal to disable or modify the vehicle’s ECS. I believe these laws are antiquated and should be rewritten to reflect the level of environmental consciousness that exists today.

Current law requires my truck to fail it’s smog check if it runs too clean. It is against the law for me to do anything to my truck which will enhance the efficiency and clean running ability of the engine. This is wrong. If I want to make changes, they are to make my truck run cleaner, to enhance the emission controls, not defeat them.

If I add anything to the engine to make it run cleaner technicians will refuse to do the required smog check unless it is disabled. By law I can also be fined.

I cannot afford to buy a new vehicle; but want to do my part to help keep our air clean. I should not be forbidden from using readily available technology to make sure my vehicle runs clean.

It seems there is more and more legislation being enacted all the time trying to prevent the average citizen backyard mechanic from improving the average vehicle or other improvements to other technology that will benefit our cars, homes, and even out own health. Acting now to enable us, the average individual, to have some say in what affects us is a step in the right direction, in a positive way rather than so often having no say in what big business and often ‘the government’ deem beyond our understanding of what is good for us, even thou it has more often been proven to be detrimental to us.

They care only about what they themselves can gain from their stupidity and retire on their millions.

America used to be the world leader in research and development. The immigrants that crossed the oceans came here to be FREE, and created a beautiful country.

Give us back our FREEDOM! This technology will once again make the United States a world leader in reducing the harmful waste that is destroying our country and world. It is a win-win technology that will help heal our economy, our environment and put a stop to oil-based conflicts.

It’s time for our government to remember what the United States once stood for,

“Don’t Tread On Me”, ” Give Me Liberty, Or Give Me Death”, let’s make the Marine Corps motto our national motto, Semper Fidelis, always faithful, faithful to peace, faithful to those we represent and faithful to the American Dream.
