• Billing questions and refund requests please refer to ClickBank's Customer Service at www.clickbank.com/customer_service.html - we don't do any billing at and we do not have your billing information.
  
  The refund procedure (for books) is simple: send your receipt (name, date, order number) to Refunds@ClickBank.com and they'll do it for you.

If we don't know the answer, we consult with other developers and experimenters of Hydrogen-On-Demand technology. We're happy to do so because it's a learning process and eventually everybody's learning from it.
   
• Please be specific in your written requests since we have several activities and products going on. If for instance we get a letter saying, "I want to know about your device", or "your link is not working" - we cannot tell which device/link etc. To help us expedite your request, please give as many details as possible:
   
  - Your name and Order Number.
  - Are you a reader? Are you an affiliate?
  - What exactly do you need?

• If your have a technical question relating to your affiliate account or your affiliate ID, please refer the question to ClickBank support line. We have no access to their computers and cannot resolve technical questions in that area.
   
  
• As stated on our shopping/privacy page, is the publisher while ClickBank is the merchant who also handles payments to affiliates. So if your check hasn't arrived (or anything on that line) refer such questions to ClickBank.
